Another subject I need advice on:
I am going to NYC for the first time this weekend and am going to meet up with a friend girl (let's name her Emily) I haven't seen in about two years. I was a little sensitive little bitch back then (I'm better now) and her and I haven't really talked much in these two years, but when I told her I'm coming (three way convo on the phone between her, our friend let's call Nicky, and I) she made plans and stuff to hang out with me. Okay, everything's normal right now. Nothing out of the ordinary. Emily tells Nicky and I that I can stay at her dorm they have an extra room and even my mom can stay... but she's not sure about about my mom's boyfriend too (small dorm). So I say well I'll ask. We catch up and shit for a few hours then we all get off the phone. Emily calls me back and tells me she does it with lots of friends, but didn't want Nicky to know because Nicky is close-minded about a lot of things (Nicky is too be honest). Emily tells me I'd have to share the bed with her and I joked something like good luck I sleep naked, and she told me she just does a t-shirt.
Your mom? How about leaving your mom in a hotel and going to go see the girl by yourself? You're a man, not mommy's little boy. And as for the last part of this paragraph, everything seemed fine, up until I read this:
I tell her that I'll put some clothes on for her, though, because I'm nice like that, and Emily tells me she'll do the same and I thank her for that. She was startled because "most guys would be like, 'Oh no no no you don't have to do THAT for me!! You can keep your clothes off!!'"
